CHMM® APPLICATION PROCESS

Candidates for the Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) or Manager-in-Training (MIT) examination must file an application with the Institute at least six weeks before the date of the examination for which you wish to register (see Exam Schedule).

To register, you must submit a completed application form and the appropriate application and examination fees (see Fees). College transcripts and reference evaluation forms are also required, but may be submitted separately. See the application form for full instructions.
