2010 Recertification Schedule
- All CHMMs who were certified or last recertified in 2004 are due to submit their recertification documentation covering the years 2005-2009 ONLY to the Institute office during 2010 according to the schedule below.
-
Only selected CHMMs will need to submit supporting documentation along with their Recertification Assessment Form. Those CHMMs who are selected for audit will be notified prior to their submission due date, and will be required to submit full documentation for all activities claimed on their Recertification Assessment Form.
-
CHMMs who are not selected for an audit will not be required to submit full documentation, but should maintain copies of all supporting documentation. IHMM reserves the right to request documentation from any certificant.
-
A non-refundable recertification processing fee of $175 is due with your submission. Once received in the IHMM office, please allow us approximately 6-8 weeks for review of the materials submitted.
-
For those CHMMs who find they are unable to meet the requirements of recertification by submission, we offer the option of taking the CHMM exam. An updated resume and payment of the $300 examination fee must be submitted to the IHMM office by your submission deadline date.
