Recertification Schedule and 5-Year Cycles

RECERTIFICATIONS DUE IN 2010 for the 5-Year Period of January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2009.

For those CHMMs who find they are unable to meet the requirements of recertification by submission, we offer the option of taking the CHMM exam. The $300 examination fee must be submitted to the IHMM office by your submission deadline date.

5-Year Cycle Recertification Schedules

All CHMMs are on a five-year recertification cycle. Your five-year cycle is determined by the date of your certification or most recent recertification. Through 2007, the cycles were governed by the calendar year. Beginning with 2008, the cycles are governed by anniversary dates.
